Tommy here. You know, of course, that I woof and it is the great Sibes of the world who woo. Today, I would like to pay tribute to my dear friend, Khyra, who made her final journey to north of the Rainbow Bridge (that special place for Sibes) yesterday.
We found a photo of her from October 2010 to share with you and remember her by:
Khyra was one of our early Facebook friends and we have followed her adventures for close to ten years now. The highlight, though, was when #1 went to the States in 2014 an actually got to meet the great Khyra in "pawson" along with her Mom, Phyll, and her cousin Harley. Sweet Harley left for the Bridge very suddenly some time back, and we know just how happy he will be to see Khyra again.
Here are a couple of photos of #1 with Khyra, Harley and Mom Phyll:
Khyra found her way from a shelter into Phyll's home and heart when she was already 2 or 3 years old, but since that time she has been greatly loved and led a life many dogs only dream. We can imagine just how much Phyll is already missing her, and send her comforting woofs, purrs, whinnies and hugs.
we heard only via blogville potp about Khyra, but we feel with her and her fumily and with with you... it is so hard to be in this situation... hugs to you all

I'm so sorry to hear this! I didn't follow Khyra (I have enough trouble following all the cat blogs I subscribe to!), but I saw her comments on many of my pals' posts. Lots of purrs to her human during this heartbreaking time.
