Wednesday Whinnies


#1 here. Today's Wednesday Whinnies will feature some photos from my weekend at the French National Percheron Championships. The weather was very iffy but we managed to stay "in between the raindrops" most of the time.

English friends with whom I was in Belgium came thinking to maybe buy one mare and ended up buying this pair after driving them!

One of the highlights is always the group presentations of mares:


Those girls (with their foals in between them) really can move!


On Saturday evening, there was a dinner with a presentation of horses that were for sale. I was MC for the event and did the commentary in both French and English. It is quite long but if you would like an idea, the video is here.
