Frustrated Friday...

Violette: Pretty Neighs, Dear Friends! I hope you are well. We are fine but feeling frustrated. First, we had really bad weather for several days, so #1 couldn't even come out to see us. Then yesterday, she set out to see us and that stupid car broke down again! It broke down only about 500metres from where The Big V and I live, and the very nice gentleman there, Mr. C, came out to tow the big cat, so as to get it out of the road. Then, #1 called the recovery service, and the garage, and the Big Cat is in hospital again. We don't know what it is and how bad it is, and probably wont know until early next week. In the meantime, the very nice people at the garage have lent #1 a very nifty little Fat Panda!

It's just about big enough for #1, Tommy, and some of our equipment, but we are all grateful that she has it! Could we ask for some good thoughts for the Big Cat? #1 is wondering whether it's not going to be Bridge-Bound one day soon…

She did manage to snap this rather nice shot of me as she waited for the tow truck:

And here is one of Mr. Floppy-Ears, Tommy looking all concerned…

Oh, and just to make matters even more frustrating, the UK TV satellite signal has gone dead. Woe, Woe, WOE!

  16. Violette, you are beauty and elegance!
Tommy, you have the sweetest face ever. We're sorry to hear about your #1's big kitty. Our mum believes you just can't trust mechanics especially if you are a woman. There are lots of Jag owners blog sites that suggest what else should be taken care of when the engine is apart to save you $€£. Your mum may be very auto savy but ours is not and these sites have helped her a lot.
