See You Tomorrow Saturday

Rainbow Sei: Hello, Dear Friends. This is a tough weekend for our #1 as tomorrow is the first anniversary of Da Beebs' departure for the Bridge. One year later, she is still having a hard time dealing with the loss of her boy. She will make a special anniversary Beebs snuggle post tomorrow, but today, I shall just leave you with this picture of me:

Violette and Vidock Vendredi

Violette: Pretty Neighs, Everyone! I hope you are all bearing up well in these difficult times. I wanted to start by thanking you for your kind words yesterday. Genji has been eating a little better. As for #1, she is trying to find a way trough the economic impact of this crisis.

We continue to be treated like royalty and last Tuesday, we had our regular hooficures. They were a couple of weeks later than initially planned as the farrier  had fallen behind in his work. It was really nice to have our hoofs trimmed and new shoes!

Vidock: Handsome Neighs, EveryFriend! I had lost a shoe a few days before the farrier came so I was really glad to see him! As I was getting "done", my girlfriend Aral was just on the other side of the barrier, impatient to have me back with her!

In case you are wondering, Hotesse and Heloise are, for now, seen by Ms. C's farrier rather than our farrier who has been taking care of us for years, including in our previous place of residence. At the moment, they don't have shoes so all they need is a trim.

Thankless Thursday

Tama here. #1 had a horrible day yesterday. She's having car problems again. There have also been problems with our new dish antenna. And little Genji is not eating well. Plus the virus associated economic repercussions have hit us really hard. She is frustrated and upset, and is feeling quite thankless. I am taking care of her.

Woofie Wednesday

Ollie: Woofs, Everyone! Even though I really enjoyed my period of confinement, sharing my every moment with #1, and only #1, I have also been enjoying getting out and about more!

For example, it is great fun to play with my friend Noelle, whenever we go to see the horses:

The other day, I got to meet a really pretty little filly. Her name is Kalissy:

And then, yesterday, I got to meet a donkey!

It's fun to be out and about!

Tama-Chan Tuesday

Tama-Chan: Our weather has definitely improved over the past few days and, with a bit of luck, we will be up for some window whiffies today or tomorrow. It's been too cold the past couple of weeks!

I have spent quite a bit of time napping companionably with Da Genj.

As well as hanging out with Ollie.

And doing some interesting sideways dangles.

But today, I wanted to introduce you to a friend of ours. Her name is Raven. Now Raven was born in a barn in rural Iowa and was adopted as a kitten by Ms. M. After living with her for several years in Chicago, this girl from Iowa moved to Paris with her person! She went from a barn to a flashy apartment a stone's throw from the Paris Opera House. Isn't that just an amazing story?

So, Raven had some health issues last year and had a procedure which included her tummy being shaved and some stitches. She came home from the vet wearing a cone of shame, but Ms. M simply could not bear it. So, she went out and bought her a pretty Parisian dress to wear instead, and Raven loved it!

Look at that cute little collar! So very Parisian! You are so chic, Raven!

Manly Monday

Ollie: Woofs, everyone! #1 took a bunch of action shots of me in the garden yesterday!

She laughs at the fact that I like to chase shadows...

Da Genj: #1 says that I look like a piece of modern art.

Hanging out by the window in the living room:

Life can be so exhausting at times!

Vidock: In a hurry to get to #1.

You may kiss the pink spot.

Wishing you all a good and healthy week.

Snuggles on Sunday

Tama-Chan: I have to say that this past week has been a little different. With deconfinement, we have had a few visitors who have both snuggled with us and taken pics of #1 with us, all of which makes our SoS post even better!

Early in the week, we had a visit from Mr. G's dad, and I welcomed him warmly!

At the same time, I have continued to offer #1 full snuggle support:

On Wednesday, our friend, Ms. M, came to visit and look who glued himself to her?

She did take a cute pic of Da Genj with #1 too:

And this one of her and Ollie!

I still mis my Tommy but I have grown more and more fond of young Ollie.

And now for some horsey snuggles, starting with Hotesse:

With Violette:

The Big V:

And last but not least, Miss Heloise!

Wishing you many snuggles today! Please stay well!
