Wednesday Whinnies

Vidock; Today is the day that #1 leaves for Japan and I would like to give you my honest opinion concerning her leaving us yet again so soon after her last trip:

And in case that wasn't clear enough:

Violette: But she whispered in my ear that she would make it up to us ,and we would get lots and lots and lots of extra treats when she gets back!

Tama-Chan Tuesday

Tama-Chan: D-Day minus one over here. We don't enjoy these moments, least of all #1, but, as she says, she must leave so she can come back.

Anyway, the other day, I was lounging in the hammock in the study next to the radiator, minding my own business, and #1 was clicking away whilst mumbling to herself that this made her think of something:

 

She went online and looked and looked, and then, suddenly, she said "that's it!":

 

Well, what can I say? Titian's "Venus of Urbino", no less! Although I told her that she was going to need to work on her backgrounds...

Manly Monday

Da Beebs: I personally am very happy with both my ears!

Snuggles on Sunday

Tama-Chan: As you can imagine, we are all working overtime to snuggle with #1 before she abandons us again on Wednesday.

Even Tommy has been enjoying some special times with #1 on the sofa:

Sei-Chan's Souvenir Saturday

Rainbow Sei: You know, one of the good things about the Rainbow Bridge is that we are never tired or sick. We don't have to worry about shots or wormers, or any such stuff anymore. It also means that we have boundless energy to run after crazy humans like #1 who insist on going hither and thither repeatedly. Yuu and I have packed our bags and we are ready to ride on #1's shoulders when she leaves for Japan next Wednesday.

Feline Friday

Da Beebs: It has gotten colder, it has been raining, and it's night by 6pm. So... the only place to be, really, is on top of the warm radiator!

 

#1 says that you can really see how long I am in this photo!

Tama-Chan: I am not sure how I managed to produce such a gangly boy!

Oh, and when I can find one, my first choice is always a good sunpuddle:

Tommy's Thankful Thursday

Tommy: I know that, one week from now, I shall be missing my #1 but, in the meantime, I am enjoying every moment I spend with her!

On the days when the weather has been nice, we have been going for walks in the fields:

 

 

And I have been accompanying #1 on her social outings, such as dinner with friends:
