Tama-Chan: Hello everyone and thank you so much for all the kind thoughts and purrs you sent my way. I did give #1 a bit of a scare over the weekend, when my eating slowed down and then almost stopped on Sunday afternoon and evening. Crafty #1 always has tricks up her sleeve, though. She always has in stock something called Nutribound (made by Virbac), which is a complementary liquid with all the essential nutrients for cats plus an appetite stimulant. She started giving it to me on Sunday evening and has continued. She also spoke with Dr. C who said it was hopefully just an upset tummy, and that she'd been seeing a lot of that lately as the weather chops and changes. So, #1 persevered in giving me tiny meals and I started eating better yesterday. Now to continue! She says I'll still get the Nutribound for a number of days.
I have also resumed my supervisory duties by #1's side!
I am glad you are recovering. Please try to keep eating. More good thoughts sent for you. If I could purr, I would.
ReplyDeleteI talk to the boys every day and will ask them to send purrs for you.

ReplyDeleteCharlee: "We're glad you're feeling better, Tama-Chan! I was off my food a little bit for a few days this week too, maybe it is the weather like your vet said."
ReplyDeleteChaplin: "This is California. The weather never changes here."
Charlee: "It changes a little! Anyway, I will keep eating my food if you keep eating your food, Tama-Chan. Deal?"
