Rainbow Sei: Hello Everyone. I hope you have all been doing well. At the Bridge, of course, we are all always in great shape and enjoy days full of sunpuddles and treats! Anymiaow, this week's souvenir post is going to take us way back, to those who started this blog and before.
The blog was started in June 2008 by a red Abyssinian kitty called Sen-Chan...
And a liver and white Springer Spaniel called Tommy:
The two were the very best of friends:
And they made 2008 into a very special year for #1 in so many ways:

You see, 2007 had been a tough year for her as she had lost her long-time companion, her very first Aby, Ikkyu
Sen-Chan and Tommy filled the house with love again, and made #1 smile. Those are wonderful things to remember.
These are beautiful memories.
ReplyDeleteso precious hanging out together, and look at all the lovely ones you have now. make that the ones that have you now..when our first dog Max went over the bridge, we took a week off from work and went out of town.. the day we came home we adopted 10 month old Baby Girl and 3 months later her longtime boyfriend Cooper and 3 years with 2 went to 3 and now we are back to 1. we are to old to tangle and take care of multiples
ReplyDeleteAbout fennel tea and coffee. if I wake up with a bad attack, I can't drink coffee. I sip the tea and when tummy calms, I can drink one cup without fear.
I never drink coffee without eating a piece of bread first, 1/2 before coffee and 1/2 while sipping it.
Our fur babies fill a void that only animal lovers understand and appreciate. Love the photos. Precious came here just weeks after Angel Seney left us when she was 20. Now 12 years later, I wonder what I would do if I now lost her.
