Tama-Chan: Greetings, Dear Friends! I hope you are all well. We are basking in the joy of having #1 back with us, since there is no sun to bask in at the moment. In fact, the winds are howling outside...
Anyway, #1 has basically been tearing her hair out, trying to get the house back to normal. She swears that not a single thing is where she left it. Some people really have a strange concept about what it is OK to do in/to other people's houses. So, we have been lending her moral support and I, for one, have simply been looking lovely:
But, as you well know, this takes a lot of behind-the-scenes work:
Are you wondering about the "ish" in the title? Well, it seems that today is "Boys' Day" in Japan, whence #1 has just returned, and we do have a number of boys in this family, so I suppose we have to celebrate them today. The traditional way to celebrate in Japan is to fly big carp streamers, and this is what #1 brought back this year:
Ah well, I suppose I do have a boy of my own, that unruly Bibi... He is quite unbearable most of the time but he does have his handsome moments:
HAPPY BOYS' DAY to my Beebs, Genji, MY Tommy and Vidock!
Tama, I do have to say, I adore the lovely boys at your house - and Vidock too!

Happy Boys Day from our boys to your boys. That is a nice carp banner. Our own carp banners seem to have disappeared from our corridor. We know you will take care of #1 very well.
ReplyDeleteHappy BOYS DAY! You are all boys mom and I adore!!! And I don;t envy #1 with what she has to do. What a chore!!
ReplyDeleteHi there! Yes, I know the feeling. Here is the same: when Indy comes back after a journey, she has to complain about the mess, and a lot of things. Hopefully, in this case, cats are never guilty ;) Purrs to you all!
ReplyDeleteHappy Boys Day! You boys are very handsome. :)
