Violette: Pretty Neighs, Every Friend! It's me, Violette, again, and I have more fun stuff to share with you this week! There was a lot of excitement over here last weekend. For a start, #1 rode me again, for the first time since she had her bad knee injury at the end of August last year. Look:
I did dance around for a bit and #1 and Ms. S suspect there may be a zone of discomfort around my saddle, so they're going to try another saddle on me.
Then, Mr. E worked me on the long reins!
And after Ms. S had shown her how, it was #1's turn:
And guess who I got to see close-up again?
He was better-behaved this time. Actually, I thought he was pretty cute…
Vidock: Studly Neighs, Everyone! I showed you on Monday the fun I had pulling Mr. E around the sand school. Here is another shot of me:
I'm pretty good at kicking up the dust! I'm glad I wasn't behind me!
And here I am when I was getting a haircut from Mr. E, whilst #1 was supervising Violette having her treats. Nothing like being a family!
Violette, do you have a little crush on Vidock?
ReplyDeleteYup, family is the best!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you two had lots of fun :)

It sure looked like you're at a very good school. There is nothing like having fun when you're learning and of cos there is no substitute for family time.
ReplyDeleteOh Vidock does Violette have a crush on you?
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Violette, we saw you blushing a little bit as you had a glance at Vidock just before having your treats ! Purrs
ReplyDeleteYou guys look like you are learning a lot of stuff. We love to watch your progress
ReplyDeleteLily & Edward
great work everyone - and we love seeing you two together :)
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures, Violette and Vidock!
ReplyDeleteIt looks so much fun to be pulled by Vidock, but sure will need shower after that :-)
Looks like everyone had a good workout today! I, however, would not want to be on that tire behind Vidock (what Tamago said, not to mention dust in the eyes)!
ReplyDeleteYou two look terrific and it looks like there is lots of fun going on too!
ReplyDeleteJust love seeing pics of you two. :)
ReplyDeleteMlle Violette se laisserait elle séduire par le beau Vidock ...
ReplyDeleteM. Vidock serait il en train de conter fleurette à une jolie Violette....
Bonne soirée.

Looks like you both are enjoying your work. I think Mr E will have to build a cab on his tyre to keep the dust off.
ReplyDeleteWe think Mr. E needs a dust mask for riding that tire. We can also tell the #1 was very happy to be able to ride Violette again.
ReplyDeleteViolette you and #1 look quite good together! Are you starting to soften up toward Vid?
ReplyDeleteMarty
Doesn't Violette want to be a dancing white horse like the Lipizzaner's? But a poor fitting saddle would make you wiggle more.
ReplyDeletewe agree - there's nothing like family! And V, you sure did kick up TONS of dust! We're glad we weren't behind you too!
ReplyDeleteWonderful shots of yous two working out!
