Tom: Hi everyone, Tommy here, mercifully recovered from my rather unpleasant experience on Saturday. I was stung by a bee! We were out on Friday evening and I ran into a big patch of clover to get my ball, and then #1 heard me yelp and run off. She didn't figure out what it was immediately but kept an eagle eye on me. I was breathing a little heavily and drooling a little. Thankfully, I did not have a bad allergic reaction. She didn't give me my meal on Sunday morning, thinking it might be painful to eat, but I told her I was hungry and I got a big dish of mostly wet food! And then at lunch we all got roast chicken! I am 100% A-OK now!
And I am very lucky to have brothers who watch over me when I'm not feeling great!
Genji: He had me worried there for a while!
Now I can get back to playing!
Bibi-Chan: In anser to Sparkle's question, yes, I was making biscuits on Tommy. We all do! He is very soft!
In other news, here is a photo of me as the mighty hunter of the jungle:
And this one is rather fine too, don't you think?
Vidock: Glad you liked the mega-smooch I gave #1! Now you all know what a lover I am! I am a pretty lucky boy. Just look where I live this time of year:
It makes for a pretty happy Vidock-Chan!
Here is hoping you al have a great week. It's not Memorial Day in France but it is a "sort of" holiday as it is Pentecost Monday.

Ouch! Tommy! I am glad you are OK. My Grandpa Angus got stung by a bee and then the bee got caught in his furs and kept stinging him and stinging him!

Tommy, that must have been terrible to be stung by a nasty bee! I got stung once...on my paw...it swelled a little bit but I was okay. My mom thinks that the bee started to sting me, but didn't complete the act. It did hurt a little.

Tommy, our mommy's last dog used to hunt and eat bees. The mom nicknamed her Ninny (her name was Ginny). She hung out in the flower beds and would shake her head when she'd catch a bee and got stung in the mouth. She'd go right back to bee hunting after shaking her head. We're glad you have more sense! All of you are so lucky to live in such a beautiful place!
ReplyDeleteWhat handsome men yous is! Me loves yous all!
ReplyDeleteKisses
