Snuggles on Sunday - The Stock-Up Edition


Tama-Chan: Found the title a little strange? Well, the fact is that the rumours are true. We are on the verge of being abandoned by #1 who is heading out to Prince Edward Island on Wednesday and not taking any of us along. Our beloved Aussie friends are returning to spoil us silly, so we hope to survive this ordeal. However... it will mean that blogging will be a very intermittent affair during the month of July. #1 will probably hijack the blog a few times to show you what's going on over there, and Ms. S might sneak in some photos of us here and there, and we'll try to leave the occasional comment. So, all this to say that there won't be any Snuggles on Sunday posts for a while, so please stock up today while supplies last!

This first photo is not really a snuggle shot but #1 was rather taken with it. We have this shelf unit in the run and it's the only shady spot for the entire morning and early afternoon, so Yuu-Chan and I decided to hang out there yesterday.


Yuu-Chan of course never loses a single opportunity to snuggle up to #1, even out in the run...


and of course indoors too!


The other morning, #1 was delighted to wake up to this lovely picture of a happy/sleepy Sei-Chan lying on top of her:


Bibi-Chan has of course been snuggling with Tommy:



And here is a nice shot of me snuggling up to a couple of #1's Japanese "kokeshi" dolls!

    I know you will miss #1 but Prince Edward Island sounds like a nice destination for #1, and so we hope yo have lots of fun with your Aussie friends and she has a wonderful time in PEI!

    How lovely that your Aussie friends are coming to stay with you while #1 is away. You'll be able to twist them round your little paws and get lots of treats.
    Tommy will still get his walks and you will all be together for snuggles.

    We have been catching up on your posts. We are not sure where the time goes anymore.

    Tom we are glad you are feeling better. Sorry to hear about your paw. Hailey had to wear one of those collars when she was a pup and had her cut. It was the only thing we could do to stop the licking.

    LOVE the snuggle pix with Bibi-Chan and Tom.

    Your cats are the cutest and sweetest cats ever! We see how much fun they have been having in there outside play house.

    Did you all approve #1's leave of absence? If so, I hope she has a wonderful time. If not, I hope the repercussions won't be too severe. It sounds like your Aussie friends will be fun to visit with, but we'll miss you all while you're otherwise engaged. Snuggle on!

    We hope #1 enjoys her trip...but we are wondering if this means she will get to see our furriends Goldie, Shade and Banshee?? Inquiring cats wanna know.

    hmmmm, I dont know if we would snuggle up to mom if we knew she was leaving us!! But no matter what, snuggles with mom are the best!!
