Manly Monday

Tom: I have, as always, been very busy, accompanying #1 on her excursions and running after my ball in the fields. The weather has been mixed and the fields are pretty soggy, but that has never stopped me. Behold:

I have also been playing with Fernant which, as you know, is always an adventure...

Just look at his labraself trying to extract treats from #1!

Vidock: Neigh everyone! Here I am at the buffet. I do love a good buffet!

And here is an actual full body shot with even a bit of a sunpuddle!

I am told that the next stage of my schooling will be happening soon (weather permitting). I am going to get a driver's licence? What do you mean no, #1? YOU will be driving me? Well, that's different.... Do you know how to drive a me? No? Aaaaaak!

Bibi-Chan: Is this not a seriously mancatly portrait of your truly?

What can I say? There is only one Beebs!

Here I am with Genji, doing some serious supervising in the kitchen:

We did catch a small lizard the other day but #1 managed to get it. Sigh... Well, I shall just have to take it easy and enjoy life instead:

Genji:  I am still working on my fierce look. What do you think?

This one is more pensive, I think...

And here are a couple of very mancatly paws for you!

Have a great week, everyone!

  1. What a lovely lot of pictures. I loved them and oh my cat those gorgeous paws reaching out I love them. bummer that #1 got that lizard after your efforts catching it.. Hugs GJ xx

  2. Dear Tom, Tama-Chan, Sei-Chan, Bibi-Chan, Gen-Chan, Vidock, Violette and Family,

Thank you for taking the time to stop by Suka's blog and write such kind words of sympathy for his passing. It meant a lot to me. I am sorry we had to meet this way and that Suka never met you. He would have loved meeting all of you and would have really enjoyed reading all the fun adventures you all must have.

My parents had bought a pure-breed Abyssinian cat (an award winner, actually) when I was a child so I have always held a special place in my heart for Abyssinians. Unfortunately, as an adult I have never owned one and Suka never got to meet one. Yours are beautiful, as are the rest of your lovely pets.

Thank you again. It helps with my grief reading such touching sentiments and knowing that others care and understand.

    KrisAnne (Suka's human)
