Wee Ones on Wednesday

#1 here. I thought I had better come clean about the kittens... At Tommy's birth home, they have lost three dogs and one cat since the spring and so, it was time for a little joy and new life. Little BB (boy) and Millie (girl) arrived a short time ago. and they are now 11 weeks old. They are seriously cute and I confess that I did spend quite a bit of time with them over the weekend...

This is little BB. He has a patch over one eye and what looks like a tiny teardrop!

 

And this is Millie. She is a dilute orange and grey tabby!

 

The two spend a great deal of time snuggling together:

 

 

Needless to say, they love to play!

 

 

 

It was wonderful getting a kitten fix! Live long and prosper, Millie and BB!

Tardy Tama-Chan Tuesday

Tama-Chan: After an evening of serious celebrating, our social secretary and woofie buddy were a little late to move this morning. My apologies. Also, rumour has it that #1 was cheating all over the place with a pair of kittens. Can you believe that?

We shall have to have a chat when they get back...

And there will have to be extra brushies. Here I am, with my Beebs, waiting patiently:

Ten For Tommy!

Tommy: Today is the day when my sisters and I celebrate our 10th birthday! I cannot believe that it has been 10 years since I was born, in the small village of Hambye. There were seven of us and we were much loved by our Mama, Minnie, and our human parents Ms. A and Mr. R. I was chosen to go and live with #1, which was the best thing that ever happened to me. Several of my sisters stayed with mama Minnie and, over the years, I have had the pleasure of seeing them regularly, as well as my Mama and my Daddy, Joe. Sadly, both Minnie and Joe went over the Bridge this spring but I am really happy that #1 and I are spending our birthdays (it's her birthday too!) with my sisters, Sophie, Lydia and Elsie, and my niece Emily, as well as Ms. A and Mr. R!

Snuggles on Sunday

Tama-Chan: It has been a crazy week and Tommy and #1 are gone this weekend, but we did manage to sneak in a few snuggles here and there. Needless to say, Da Genj was at the forefront of monopolising #1 when she was around, mostly when she was in bed:

PS: This just in. #1 sent us this snuggle photo of the new kittens over at Tommy's family home. Their names are BB (!) and Millie. They are not quite three months old and very sweet.

Solitary SEIturday

Sei-Chan: #1's Japanese visitors left very late on Thursday, so we were looking firward to a nice family weekend when we learned that we were being abandoned! Actually, we are being abandoned by both #1 AND Tommy! It is their birthday(s) on Monday and they are going to the Normandy shore to celebrate it with Tommy's birth family until Tuesday! We are of course devastated at being abandoned, but..... (tee hee hee) Mr. G is looking after us and I LOVE Mr. G!!!!!

Forever Friday - Ikkyu

#1 here. Mea Culpa on yesterday's post. I was catatonic with fatigue and lost all sense of what day of the week it was... My first lot of Japanese guests has gone. There will be 4 more lots between now and the end of September, by which time I may no longer know what month it is, never mind the day of the week!

Anyway, Friday it actually now is, and I wanted to share with you a few photos of my first cat and first Aby. He was born in japan and came to live with me when he was 7 weeks old. His names was IKKYU:

Violette: Pretty Neighs, Everyone! I got my nails done a few days ago, and I had a big crowd of admirers, all the way from Japan!

Oh, by the neigh... It was late in the day that #1 finally realised that Thursdays actually happen on Thursdays, and not on Fridays! Probably proof of just how busy she has been, don't you think?!
