Fruity Friday!

Tama-Chan: I bet that surprised you, didn't it? You were expecting photos of ears, weren't you? Tee Hee Hee!!! These are the very first blackberries to ripen, at the top of the lane. Actually, we are surrounded by beautiful fruits, some growing wild, such as the blackberries and grapes, and others cultivated, so we thought we would share a few photos of them with you. And don't despair! We are including photos of us too, at the end of the post!

The neighbours' tomatoes!

The grapes, growing wild over an old wall...

Our very own apple tree, planted just three years ago!

FROOTY me!

Frooty Sei-Chan!

Tommy's Thundering Thursday

Tom: Hi everyone. Tommy here. Today, I wanted to tell you all about a favourite pastime, the woofie version of THoE, known in some circle as "Zoomies." As you all know, there is nothing better in life than having good friends (aside from a great #1 and adorable sisters, that is...), and I have LOTS of friends ! Yesterday morning, I ran into my boxer friends, the lovely Adele and her cute little daughter, Eve. They are real specialists at woofie THoE:

Those two are always ready for a party:

And I am of course always happy to oblige!

Little Eve is cute as a button:

At only six weeks old, she and her siblings were stolen one night from the family home. Fortunately, their owner ran such a publicity campaign that the thieves took fright and dumped the pups over a wall, into someone's garden. They were a little shaken but all safe and sound. Phew!

We had such a good time together. I hope they will come back again soon!

Web Wednesday

Sei-Chan: Yes! It's me again. #1 says I'm doing a grand job so I will be getting to post a lot more. Now for our title... You thought it was something to do with the Internet, didn't you? Well, actually, NO! We're talking old-fashioned webs, the kind spun by our spider friends. When #1 and Tommy went out this morning, they discovered that today was a "web morning" when all the fields were covered in the most exquisite spider webs.. So, here is a little sampling:

In other news, #1 and Tommy went to visit our kitten friends yesterday. They were out in their run, discovering the outdoors and having a great time!

Tam-Chan Tuesday!

Tama-Chan: It has been SO LONG since I got to do a proper Tama-Chan Tuesday post! I have lots of great photos to share with you as #1 and Tommy have been hanging out with us when we're in the cat run with Sei-Chan. We love the run anyway, but it's extra special when the rest of the family is there too!

To start with, a little light entertainment. May I introduce... HEADLESS TAMA!

Pretty good, don't you think? I just love climbing, with my head or without!

Of course, the most fun stuff is to wait at the bottom when your little sister climbs up, so you can bite her on the way down!!!!!

Tee Hee HEEEEEEEE!

But really, there are so many wonderful things to look at out in the cat run!

And it is just the perfect place to relax....

And be a real diva!

Manly Monday

Tom: It is so good to be getting back to doing my regular Manly Monday post. I really missed it, and I hope you all missed me!

It has been quite warm here since #1 got back, so she takes care to take me out for vigorous exercise only first thing in the morning and late in the evening. Fortunately, it is still light until 9:30pm so we have plenty of time.

The other day, #1 and I went into the field behind the house. We tend to avoid it this time of year because there are so many pointy things that can get into the space between my toes (and worse!), but we decided to venture in this one time. I love hiding behind the tall grasses, and investigating all the wonderful smells:

And here is an action shot of me, taken yesterday as we had a small ball-throwing session in full view of the cat run, with me being cheered on by the girls!

It's a little blurry but I think it's a great action shot and, for once, you can see the ball in a location other than my mouth!

And by the way, I would like t mention that I consider snuggling with my little sisters to be a hugely manly activity! I am very honoured that they feel safe around me and consider me their protector and friend!

Snuggles on Sunday!

Sei-Chan: Yes, it's me again, two days in a row! #1 said I could post again because there are lots of photos of me for today. You see, Tama-Chan is so busy basking in the sunshine in her run nowadays that she isn't doing a whole lot of snuggling at the moment. But Tommy and I are doing our best to fill the gap!

Of course, Tama-Chan always finds the time to snuggle with Uncle U when he comes to visit!

Sei-Chan on Saturday!

Sei-Chan: GUESS WHAT? I finally got the Frisbee and it's now all mine! I am definitely going to hang on to it forever and ever!!!

Tommy says he doesn't mind as #1 cracked open a new one for him after she got back (He has started to trash it already...).

On the subject of Tommy, #1 says that the two of us could start a circus act. This is what she is referring to:

"Grrrrr......wooooooof... I'm going to eat you, you delicious-looking kitten!"

... "Just teasing, little sister...!"

And still on the subject of siblings, #1 is wondering if I shall ever outgrow my habit of sitting ON my sister, rather than next to her...

Tama-Chan doesn't seem to mind, and it's VERY comfortable, you know!

In conclusion to my post for today, I would like to wish everyone a great weekend and HAPPY WORLD CAT DAY!
