Tama-Chan Tuesday

 

Tama-Chan: This will be a short post as we have guests here, but I wanted to say how happy I am to be seeing out the year with all of you. It has been several months since I was diagnosed with serious liver issues, but #1 and Dr. C have been taking good care of me and so far, I am holding my own and continuing to enjoy my food and my snuggles.

Momo's Manly Monday

 

Momo-Chan: I'm back! Did you miss me last week? The year is almost over and we have lovely guests arriving this evening to see the new year in with us, so we are all excited!

Here, to kick off, is a pic of me taken by Mr. G:

Benny was very busy the other day whilst the humans were having their lunch. He was investigating the gift bags!

Ryū has, as usual, been very busy, only occasionally taking the time to clean up and rest.

And Ollie looked very handsome with his special Christmas collar (that used to belong to Tommy).

Snuggles on Sunday

 

Tama-Chan: #1 tells me that this is the last SoS post of what has been a pretty hard year for her. It has also been a tough year for me as I deal with some of the old lady issues that have struck me. But... we are thankful to be here and have one another, and even a little for those pesky youngsters, and of course Ollie. And we are thankful for the big horses. #1 feels sad that she has not seen as much of them as usual the last few months, so it was an extra big treat for her yesterday to snuggle with Miss Violette! Ms. C got this lovely shot of the two of them:

Violette got lots of carrots, apples and Polo Mints! Heloise did too but we were not able to get any pics with her. Hopefully next time!

#1 and I took some selfies which turned out fun!

When we had our lovely guests for lunch on Friday, I snuggled with Mr G's Dad, Mr. R:

As this year draws to a close, I would like to urge each and every one of you to snuggle more with the ones you love.

Souvenir Saturday

 

#1 here. It will be a short post today, but I wanted to share with you the lovely Christmas gift I received from mr. G and family. It's a Beebsy mug!!!

I miss my Beebs so much, and it's lovely to have a mug with his beautiful face on it!

Fun Friday

 

Ryū-Chan: We have guests to a post-Christmas lunch today, including Mr. G and his parents, and Ms. C. #1 is, as usual, really busy. We know Mr. G will; take lots of photos! In the meantime, Momo and I are supervising the Christmas tree lights...

Boxing Day

 

Benny: It's Boxing Day today and we got a box from our friends in Scotland just for the occasion!

#1 says it was full of good stuff too!

Tama-Chan Tuesday

 

Tama-Chan: Greetings, Dear Friends, and welcome to my weekly post. #1 says that today is Christmas Eve. Many people will be carousing but she says she will be home with us, which is as it should be. Tomorrow, however, she is taking the train to Versailles to have lunch with her cousins, and so will be gone part of the day.

#1 has been quite busy at her computer and, as you know, it is my responsibility to supervise and support her.

It's a big responsibility!

Manly Monday

 

Ollie: I told #1 that it was high time I hosted our Manly Monday, much as I love my little Momo Bro! She said OK. She thought I needed cheering up as I have had to wear a donut. I have a small wound behind my right ear and I had been scratching it... Our neighbours are away for almost three weeks and we are looking after little Shana in the mornings, so we have access to their very large garden. #1 took some fun pics of me there!

Oh, and by the way, here is my nice Christmas collar. Queen Tama is the only one of the cats still wearing hers. The kitten boys have all managed to "lose" theirs.

Next, we have Momo trying to investigate an unknown lump under the tablecloth, which then revealed itself to be Troublemaker #1!

As for Benny, he continues to enjoy his boxes!

Snuggles on Sunday

 

Tama-Chan: Having missed doing a snuggle post last week, we are back on track this week. I feel I have no choice but to kick off with Benny and Momo who have been giving us some pretty cute demonstrations of brotherly love of late.

That is definitely a winning set!

Next, we have Ryū-Chan and Ollie tucked up with #1 one afternoon when she managed to get a quick nap in:

This next one is not a snuggle pic but it shows me with Momo and Benny snoozing peacefully nearby. That Benny is definitely improving. I wish I could say the same about that little Dragon...

The only time Ryū is peaceful is when he is snoozing on #1 as she watches TV:
