Tommy: Well, #1 warned me and I didn't listen... I simply can't sit still, can't help myself from running and so, I am limping again, quite badly at the moment. #1 says she is going to be REALLY strict with me. But she says I have to do my bit and stop doing pirouettes when I'm in the house, and going up and down stairs ten times when once would be enough. Sigh... She has been massaging my bad leg, though. I would appreciate any positive vibes you can send my way.
Here I am in my big field:
There's always so much to sniff!
Yesterday, when we went up to the field (before I started limping again), we saw the three girls, Wowie, Hotesse and Doucette. The older ladies were having a lie-down:
In other news, #1 camera just returned from the repair workshop!
Tommy, I understand how hard it is to rest! But I think you need to do some of that so you can heal. I'm sending some purrs your way.
ReplyDeleteYup, resting is hard when you are an active boy.
ReplyDeleteWe purr your leg will get better, but you may have to walk instead of run places.
That will be hard!

It is hard to remain still when you are such an active young man. Are you limping on a hind leg or front??? So Tommy you must rest or the Mom is going to have to put you in a cage and that sure won't be any fun. Take care.
ReplyDeleteOh dear Tommy! Your poor leg! We know you are a very athletic boy but you must take it easy. Do you think that wonderful Dr. F could give you the twist again and relieve your pain ? Then #1 can help you to rest. Is it only your leg that is the source of the pain or is the pain in your back that then radiates to your leg? You are the most womderful dog in the world and we adore you. In our prayers, you are.
ReplyDeleteNo running or jumping young man

Resting is no fun, many healing huskerboo vibes from our pack mate,
ReplyDeleteNuk
Sending healing thoughts to you Tommy - please get some rest by napping with the cats and #1
ReplyDeleteOh, no, Tommy, I'm so sorry to hear that. Please rest well, sweetheart. Sending tons of healing vibes - I hope you get better soon!
ReplyDeleteCa c'est une situation pas simple. Un chien toufou qui devrait rester sage.
ReplyDeleteJ'espère que ça va s'arranger.
Bon courage et bon soirée

It's really hard to be good when being good means resting but you're feeling good enough to be running and playing even though you know that if you go around running and playing, you won't continue feeling good. Super hard, in fact. So hard, I totally understand why you're limping again. But rest up, my friend and before long, you'll be feeling good once more. Purrs, Seville.
ReplyDeleteTommy, my furriend, you must do as #1 sys. She is only trying to keep you healthy and happy.
ReplyDeleteOh Tommy, we know how much you love to run and jump, but please do take it easy for a bit so you can heal and be without that limp. All paws crossed.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Ciara and Lightning
Oh Tommy! It's got to be hard for such a young, energetic boy to be still. It's in your blood to go out in the fields and hunt. I know how much you love to retrieve the stick. It's what you do. It's nature. However, you can't do these things right now. I know how hard it is when you are a bundle of energy. You don't understand. How frustrating that must be! I'm sending good, healing vibes your way, Tommy. You are just too cool for words! It's not fair. The clan depends on you so you must heal quickly...ok?
ReplyDeleteOkay Tommy, my Sister Kit says rest is best, she's pretty wise, so take it easy!
ReplyDeleteWe know how hard it is to keep still sometimes Tommy. Please do as #1 says so you will feel better.
ReplyDeleteTommy, you need to not be so much like the energizer bunneh. We don't like it when anyone gets a limp.
ReplyDeleteTommy! Yous too impatient! Yous has to rest to gets better!
ReplyDeleteBut mes understands how much fun it is to runs and plays!
Lots of healing Purrs and Kisses
