Ryū-Chan: I am thankful to my big bro, Ollie, for playing with me. I had a lot of fun !
Ryū-Chan: I am thankful to my big bro, Ollie, for playing with me. I had a lot of fun !
Ollie: The weather has been pretty nice so far this week, with no rain, and temps maxing out at around 25°C (77°F). So, #1 and I have been enjoying our weeks. Yesterday morning, she decided to try letting me loose whilst in the big field some distance from the house. There were no other people or dogs around, so she thought it would be safe.
I was a pretty good boy...
... as we started heading home, I took off like a rocket. She called me but to no avail. She could either see me or hear me most of the time so she wasn't overly worried, and I did come back as she reached the end of the field and beginning of the road (she is SLOW!).
It was fun! I hope we do it again!
Tama-Chan: Hello, Dear Friends, and a warm welcome to my weekly round-up. I mentioned on Sunday that this was going to be a big week for me and promised to tell you more about it today. Well.... it's my birthday on Saturday! I think that my theme song for this one is going to be Elton John's "I'm Still Standing". We are counting the days until Saturday, and of course Mr. G and family will be joining us for a festive lunch and Champagne (for the humans). #1 said she was going to spoil me even more than usual all week! We are expecting a delivery of Churu Pops tomorrow. Do you know them? I love them!
In the meantime, nothing much new to report. I continue to help #1 with her work, sometimes ably assisted by little (!) Fluff Puff:
Momo-Chan: What? It's already Monday again? Where does the time go? I want to start by telling you that we did get the promised sunpuddles over the weekend, and it's sunny again today but not too hot! #1 says she hopes to take some nice pics of us today. In the meantime...
... here I am with my bro, Benny, hanging out at the top of the stairs:
Next we have a shot of Benny in the study:
Dragon Ryū in the cat run, as captured by Mr. G:
Tama-Chan: Hello, Dear Friends, and welcome to our weekly round-up of love at Poupounette Central. Before, I forget, #1 is slightly shamefaced in that she forgot that yesterday was little dragon Ryū-Chan's second Gotcha Day! We were reminded by one of our kind blogging friends! She must have known something subconsciously, though, as he was featured on yesterday's post. And should we really be celebrating two years of mayhem, I ask you? She did manage to get something vaguely resembling a snuggle shot with him:
As for me, I have a combo brushies and snuggle shot for you. I do love those brushies!
#1 managed to snag a pretty cute shot of the B&W boys, Benny and Momo, the other day:
Benny: It's grey and rainy again today, but we've been promised sunshine for tomorrow, so we are biding our time!
Today, we are thankful about several things. One is that Ms. C's other pregnant mare was safely delivered of a beautiful colt. His name is Phileas and he will be grey, even though he is black as night at the moment!
Our lovely Philomena is now three months old, for which we are thankful. She looks quite brown but she will be black! She is a happy little (!) thing!
And we have one more thankful for today. Ms. P's jenny, Carmen, had a lovely donkey filly whose name is Pivoine (that's Peony in French). The little girl had a problem around her navel area and it was touch and go for a while. We are so thankful that she is now all better!
Tama-Chan: I can't believe it's Tuesday again. I don't know where the days and weeks go! We've had a LOT of rain these past few days. The ground really needed it so we're not complaining, but it will make the garden look even more like a jungle!
I have been busy with my usual duties of supervising #1 at work:
... and my usual occupations:
Oh, and take a look at this photo:
Momo-Chan: Hello everyone! Your pal, Fluff Puff aka Momo here! I hope you are all well, and would like to welcome you to our weekly cornucopia of manliness. This week, we shall start with our woofie bro, Ollie, because #1 took a really handsome and manly pic of him!
Tama-Chan: Hello, Dear Friends. Sorry we did not post yesterday. #1 picked up a couple of extra shifts at her part-time job on Friday and Saturday and time got too tight. We are all fine and thankful for the much-needed rain that has been falling since yesterday evening. The garden is breathing again! And the temps are a lot more pleasant!
#1 hasn't had a lot of time to take photos this week but let me see what I can find. A s you know, I love to snuggle up to her when she is working at the computer:
There is always competition for #1's lap, especially from Benny!
Philomena: Little neighs, everyone! How are you all doing? I am fine and growing like a weed (so they say!). My mummy and I are now in a bigger field with some ponies and I have become friends with one of them. I'll share a picture soon. In the meantime, here I am with my mummy, Heloise.
