Tommy: Friday evening, #1 went with some friends to a restaurant she had not been to before, so she called up ahead of time to ask if it was OK to bring me. They said yes, and then were so impressed by how well-behaved I was!

 

 Da Beebs: Behold Da Mighty Dangle!

 Da Genj: For my part, I extend the paw of friendship...

Snuggles on Sunday

Tama-Chan: This week, we are going to start with the Vs since it's been too long since we had proper snuggle shots with them!

Let's start with this one of Violette and #1. They are both smiling!

 

And here is the Big V getting a kiss from #1. Look at the size of his head!!!

 

I think I have mentioned that I have lately taken to sitting next to #1 when she watches TV in the evenings. This way, I can nap and get lots of snuggling in!

 

Of course, I still snuggle with Tommy every chance I get:

 

Lately, Sei-Chan has become a major snuggle bug with #1:

 

 

As for the boys, well.... Da Genj spends half his life like this:

 #1 still has that cold which she says is why she looks like a zombie in some of the pics...

Sei-Chan: Greetings, Dear Friends! I hope you have had a good week. Ours has been quiet, which is how we like them.

You know that I eat a special renal diet, and so I have a separate feeding station on the shelf above #1's desk:

 

But you know what they say about variety being the spice of life? Sometimes, it's nice to taste something a little different, so I have been known to mooch around the others' feeding station.

Tra la la la, laaaaaa.....

 

Oh, but look here!

 

#1 was having a bowl of Japanese soba noodles for lunch. It looked delicious!

Vidock and Violette Vendredi

Vidock: Studly Neighs, EveryFriend! Although I need to let you in on a little secret: ever since my op, my neighing hasn't been quite what it was. You know they removed one of my vocal chords, right? So, I can't really hit the high notes anymore. Sigh... Still, all in all, I have been doing really well, and I have no complaints.

Violette: I really enjoyed meeting #1's nephew last weekend. He even got to try out sitting on my back!

Thankful Thursday

Da Genj: First of all, I would like to say a big THANK YOU on behalf of all of us to one of my very favourite ladies, Queen Penelope, aka Nellie Bellie, for the fabulous pumpkin. We love it!

#1 says she is already feeling a little better, but we'll continue working on her.

The Big V says he is feeling thankful to be feeling so frisky two weeks after his surgery. He will tell you more about his past few days in tomorrow's post, but here is a nice portrait of him:

 

And I, Da Genj, am thankful for my wonderful home and a #1 who is always ready to snuggle with me.

Working Wednesday

Da Beebs and Da Genj: After all the fun of her nephew's visit, #1 has come down with a cough and has virtually lost her voice, so we are working hard to make her feel better.

Tama-Chan Tuesday

Tama-Chan, I confess, Dear Friends, that I have made no headway in my quest to have #1 install pillows in all my favourite sleeping spots. However, she had added a pillow in my most favourite spot and that is simply marvellous!

Snuggles on Sunday - SPECIAL!

Tama-Chan: So, we did mention that we had a guest coming this weekend, right? Well, we didn't realise just how much of an animal-lover and snuggler #1's nephew was! He is also a dab hand with a selfie stick so we have some fun pics to share with you this week! Needless to say, the boys (who shall remain nameless but whose names start with a G and a B) were total tarts. Enough said...
