Tom: #1 is keeping all of her fingers crossed (making it difficult to type) that the improvement seen in my abscess wounds continues today, for which we would be very thankful indeed. You see, I was a very naughty boy on Tuesday and tore at my bandages and licked at my wounds and just made a total mess. So, I have been back on the collar of shame almost 24/7 and things are beginning to improve (BTW, Dr. C lent #1 one of those "doughnut" thingies but it didn't stop me...).
I am doing pretty well, despite the cone:
We are thankful that the baby squirrels seem to be doing well:
And #1 is very thankful to her friend Ms. H who made these wonderful bracelets for her! The one on the left is made with Vidock's (tail) hair and the one on the right with Violette's tail hair! Aren't they grand?
There was a big arrrgghh here looking at you wearing your cone and eyeing your tennis ball Tommy - you looked so mournful. Still at least you had squirrels to watch.
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
you poor baby! Anyone would scratch when they have a wound that causes an "itchy!!" Hoping you get better soon!
ReplyDeleteLove those baby squirrels and the bracelets are beautiful!
oh Tommy we hopes you continue to get better!!!!
ReplyDeleteBe a good boy now, Tommy, won't you?
ReplyDeleteTommy, you need to be patient! Paws crossed - the sooner it's healed the sooner the cone goes.
ReplyDeleteThose bracelets are awesome.
Courage Tommy, et soit patient et un peu raisonnable. C'est pas drôle la collerette. Il faut que tu guérisses vite.
ReplyDeleteIls sont beaux et originaux ces bracelets.
Natacha
Tommy, I hope that abscess heals fast - the less cone time you are stuck with the better! Those bracelets are SO cool! I love that the beads match each of you.
ReplyDeleteTommy....dude....you gotta leave the owie alone or face the cone.
ReplyDeletelove the bracelets and the babies
I hope you continue to heal well Tommy. Those tail hair bracelets look lovely and such a good idea.
ReplyDeleteHopefully that cone will be off in no time, Tommy!
ReplyDeleteAnd those bracelets are very beautiful; what a lovely gift!
Awww poor Tommy. Heal fast buddy so you can get rid of that cone of shame. It must be awful uncomfortable. Those babie squirrels are sooooo cute.
ReplyDeleteTommy Honey, you MUST stop that. I think the cone must stay for some time because you keep fussing with that thing.
ReplyDeleteThose bracelets are outstanding! I love them. Violette has a mane like a Palomino in color, doesn't she? That is, she seemed to have in that picture #1 took while astride..I saw that beautiful almost blonde looking hair.
Oh Tommy, the cone of shame is no fun at all, but maybe it is best if you won't leave that sore alone. Mom hasn't been too impressed with the doughnut ones either, we always manage to find our way around them. Here's hoping a few days of the cone and the meds will do the trick.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning
no licking, you will have a cone head
ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily
Oh Tommy. We hope you can get rid of that cone soon. But you gotta leave your wound alone.
ReplyDeleteThose bracelets are awesome!!!
You looked so sad looking at that tennis ball while entrapped in your cone. We hope your wound heals quickly.
ReplyDeleteTommy we are sorry to see you have to wear the dreaded cone so much, but you have to get better soon.
ReplyDeleteOur mom thinks the bracelets are very cool.
