Well on Wednesday


Bibi-Chan: Purrs everyone, The Beebs here. Thank you for all your good wishes yesterday. My visit to Dr. C went off very well although I am not a great fan of the car ride and it's 45 minutes to get there. Still, #1 put on my Puppia harness and my handsome leash and then let me hang out with Tommy in the Big Cat:


I have no actual photos of my being poked, prodded and jabbed, but suffice to say that Dr. C said I was a perfect specimen of Abyness! I have put on a little weight since last year and now weigh 5.1 kilos (that's just over 11lb) which is great given my very tall frame. She said my fur was beautiful and I was cute!

After the business end of things was done, there was no one waiting so #1 and Dr. C hung out for a while and caught up on news. I hung out with Tommy:


And when it was time to go, I put the leash on Tommy, ready to go back to the car...


I had a hearty meal when we got home, and then a lovely snooze in a short-lived sunpuddle:


Much as I love and admire Dr. C, I hopefully won't have to see her again for another year.

    Hisia : Tu as de la chance d'avoir Tommy pour t'accompagner chez le Vet.
    Moi j'y suis beaucoup allée ces derniers temps. Et ... j'étais trés stressée dans la voiture. Je pleurais trés trés fort.
    Et Nat à Chat elle dit qu'elle fait trop de fautes pour écrire en anglais ...

    Beebs, you are so very brave! We tell the mom exactly what we think all the way to the vets and all the way home. Then there is the drama at home before and while at the vets. Its exciting for all!
