Wednesday Whinnies

Vidock: Studly Neighs, EveryFriend! It's me, the Big V! I wanted to thank you for all the nice comments about me. We still don't have the test results for various tick-borne nasties, so we are waiting. I am eating fine. I don't have any kind  of fever or nasal discharge. Just very lethargic which is not my usual style (although I do still try to get in the occasional teeny weeny bite...). Apparently #1 has asked her animal communicator to have a chat with me so I will try to explain how I feel a little better via her.

#1 did come and see me yesterday and she brought a friend who does logging and other traction work. I may be doing some work with this lady when I am feeling 100% again, so it was just a meet and greet. and we tried on collar, roller, long reins, the paraphernalia of traction work, as opposed to a saddle. I do have a few photos to share:

She is a very nice lady and I think it would be fun to work with her, so I hope I am feeling up to it very soon! In the meantime, Ms. Violette is keeping a close eye on me, which I think is very nice of her!

Have you been over worked or over stressed or required to do things you don't like to do? Might you be depressed? We know your Mum is very knowledgeable about horses and has probably considered this already. Just a thought as a former associate adopted a horse who became stressed then depressed after being forced to cross streams by its former owner.

Vidock, we hope they can figure out why you are feeling lethargic and that you'll be up to doing the traction work soon.

Hi Violette!

We hope you will soon be feeling less lethargic Vidock. Maybe if #1 slips you a few extra treats you'll soon be feeling much better.

Since Violette has been keeping a close eye on you, Vidock... did you tell her why you're feeling lethargic? I can totally relate Vidock. I get that drained feeling every afternoon. You're just zapped of energy. Anyway, I love your pictures! I see you maybe working with a new lady. I hope you continue to make big progress on your ring work. You are doing great! Tell the rest of the gang I wish them a wonderful Wednesday!
