Sort of Snuggles on Sunday...

Tama-Chan:
It's been a really busy few days and, as Sei-Chan already mentioned yesterday, #1 hasn't done that well in terms of quiet time to take photos of us, so our SoS post must be a little curtailed. Let's see what we can find...

Here is my Beebs having a little snuggle with Tommy:

Vidock all ready for a snuggle with #1:

Needless to say, Sei-Chan has been snuggling with Tommy...

... And Genji with #1...

And last but not least, here is one of me and Tommy!

And so it goes in the round of Poupounette snuggles! As we have mentioned before, #1 leaves for Paris this afternoon. She has helped us prepare somewhat curtailed posts for when she is away, but we probably won't be able to visit until she gets back, so apologies in advance.

SEIturday

Sei-Chan: Well, we're in countdown mode once again as #1 is leaving for the national agricultural fair in Paris tomorrow afternoon. But Ms. P and Ms. S are here already, and we know we'll be in good hands. Plus #1 is coming back Wednesday evening so she won't be gone long.

It has not been a very productive week in terms of # taking pictures of me, but we do have a nice one of me supervising her desk chair:

The pink pawpads are a bonus!

I can't remember if I had shared with you this shot of me braving the snow. I can't believe it was less than two weeks ago as we now have crocuses blooming in the garden!

In other news, I have some good gossip for you: Houbibi made a spectacluar appearance last night! The little imp managed to sneak out at 8pm as #1 was leaving for a dinner out with friends. Of course, it was pitch dark and #1 was totally panicked at the thought of him getting down to the road and being run over. It took an hour for her, assisted by Ms. P and Ms. S, to catch him. He, needless to say, was very pleased with himself...

Tama-Chan on Thursday

Tama-Chan:
So, here I am once again on Thursday. Maybe this will become a regular fixture? But I really couldn't do anything else. We had to pay tribute to the lovely horse lady and Big Tom and Viking really are family to us. Thank you for so many nice comments.

So, what have I been up to? Well, I decided that following the MacBook Pro, the printer really needed some serious supervising. Now supervising printers is super-complicated and it was a good job there was a big sunpuddle to help me!

What it is to be so dedicated!

I also thought that my help was needed in bringing out the beauty of some of our furnishing fabrics...

The sun felt so good that I decided to have a bath:

And in the evening, I found a suitable spot to have a nap!

In other news, we were delighted to receive Sparkle' beautiful Valentine's card! My Beebs was so chuffed that he took it to his hammock with him!

Whiskers on Wednesday!

Vidock
: #1 came to see me as promised yesterday. Things were pretty subdued around here but everyone was very keen on cuddles! Anyway, here, for your viewing pleasure, are some of my whiskers!

As I have mentioned before, I am pretty clean-shaven (#1 says that's the only clean bit of me at the moment...)

Here is a view of little Tommy's whiskers. I am informed by a reliable source that he is not supposed to be carrying #1's slipper around...

Needless to say, Tama-Chan boasts some very impressive whiskers:

As, I suppose, do ALL the Chans!

Big Tom's Tearful Tuesday

Tom de Prainville:
Hello, everyone. My name is Tom, Big Tom. I am Vidock's half-brother (our Dad is Orgueil de Prainville) and I share a box with him so you have seen me quite often and I feel a little bit a part of the Poupounette family. Sweet little Tama-Chan said I could have today's post to share some very sad news. My Mama, Joyeuse Bellêmoise, went to the Rainbow Bridge yesterday following a horrendous bout of colic. She was a great lady who had survived some nasty illnesses in the past, and been a wonderful mother to me and my brothers, including Scipion de Prainville, Ulrich de Prainville and Viking de Prainville. Several of her grand-foals will be born this year in Australia (courtesy of me) so her spirit will live on, even at the ends of the world!

Here is a photo of beautiful Mama Joyeuse in her prime:

We are so sad to see you go, as is our Ms. S. May you gallop free in the green fields at the Bridge until we join you there.

Your loving sons:

TOM

MANLY MONDAY!

Tom
: The weather is gorgeous. It's a little cold so the ground was crunchy this morning but the sun feels so good.

A few days ago, I went with #1 to see our little pup buddies, Nours and Lily, as I am playing a major role in socialising them. As you can see, they were very good about following my lead!

Little Lily even knows how to point. Isn't that cool?

In other news, I continue to enjoy my Fantasy Flyer!

Oh, and I promised to tell you what Ms. P brought me! I got a woofie stuffie that is almost as big as I am!

And some balls and treats!!!

Bibi-Chan: As you know, I sleep under the covers with #1, so here I am, urging her to come to bed...

And in the mornings, I often like to be on the bed, where I am frequently disturbed by you know who...

And this of course is how it inevitably ends...

Gen-Chan: I DO look up to my big brother!!!

This is how #1 found me when she awoke this morning:

I was sitting on the back of the big chair by her bed and I was NOT bothering anyone! Just surveying things...

And here, for your viewing pleasure is a lovely sunny shot of me taken this morning also:

Vidock: As she went wild on the photos on Friday, #1 doesn't have much left to share with you, so here is just one left over from that series:

I got word that she's coming to see me tomorrow so maybe she can take some more photos then. By the way, she got her Nikon S9100 back. It's repaired but she looked up the user reviews on amazon and it looks like a lot of people have had the same problem with that camera, and a lot are finding themselves taking too many blurry photos. So, Nikon, you're outta the door. There will be a newest new camera soon!
