Guess what? # told me she took delivery of a bag of my all-time favourite treats!
The thing is that you cannot buy these treats online. They are only available at Tractor Sales stores. So, having seen her mention her local Tractor Sales outlet somewhere, #1 turned to our dear friend Chrystal who does such amazing rescue work. Chrystal packed off her husband to the store, and when he came back with the bag, she mailed it to our friend Ms. P in Texas who then hand-carried it across the ocean. How about that for global networking?! And all for sweet little Percheron stallion me!!! THANKS!!!
By the way, in case you were wondering... I am very proud of the "this side up" arrow blaze on my face. That way, I know that they're never going to put me the wrong way up!!!

ReplyDeleteMy husband, when I showed him your picture, told me about learning to ride horseback as a very small child on a Percheron -- they'd pile 3 or 4 kids on his back, and he'd walk them around until he was tired of them, and then he'd walk under a branch so they'd all have to jump off. Hee! I bet you'd never do that to little kids, would you?
We can't imagine a bigger smooch than a Percheron smooch! How wonderful to have your friends work together to get you a taste of your delicious treats :)
