Feety Friday Purr-FurMance Review

Tama-Chan:
Do you know what this is?

And this?

And this?

By the way, Sei-Chan says she agrees with us 100% but she is too shy to indulge in this kind of behaviour... All of the above is us giving FOUR PAWS UP to #1 in her annual Purr-FurMance Review!

Now for some details:

(1) Quantity of Output: #1 helps us blog each and every day when she is home, including weekends and holidays. Granted, she has been away an awful lot over the past few months, which has reduced output a little, but she does try and has promised not to go anywhere far or for long this year! So, FOUR PAWS UP all around!

(2) Quality of Output: We like it. We hope you do too! FOUR PAWS UP!

(3) Client Pawticipation: We do not have a link or email address on the blog but if people leave us a comment to contact them, we do so immediately. THREE PAWS UP!

(4) Pawticipation (Part II). #1 does a pretty good job entering us in contests and Bibi is still all pink at co-winning Reader's Choice in the Kitteh Category of Mango Minister. Sometimes, we are reluctant to enter contests because we are so far away from those running it and we don't want people to incur huge mailing costs. THREE PAWS UP!

(5) Client Satisfaction: We get lots of nice comments most days, and don't even filter our blog, so we hope our readers are happy too! FOUR PAWS UP!

(6) Overall Rating: FOUR PAWS!!!! We're keeping her!!!!!

Thankful Thursday - Boys and Their Toys!

Bibi-Chan:
#1 was gone most of the day at more horse meetings and we are hugely thankful that she came back earlier than expected! But our topic today is the toys we boys love. You see, toys are very important and I believe in taking very good care of them, as good care as I take of myself! So, here I am, cleaning my own machine whilst hugging my favourite yellow ratsie with the huge tail, just to make sure it is safe and feels loved!

I do also like the trackball and am thankful that it is there, just in case I get to urge to play with it!

Tom: I have been on a bit of a destructive rampage with my stuffies recently so am surrounded by tatty bits of material. It is so disappointing that they do not do better! Which is why, ultimately, there really is nothing better than a tennis ball, and I am so grateful that #1 keeps me well supplied with the best (she discovered a long time ago that good tennis balls have much greater staying power than doggie play balls). And I do everything in my power to keep them safe!

Vidock: In case it had escaped anyone's attention, I actually am a horse so I don't really play with stuffies or balls, or mousies for that matter. My favourite toy, in fact, is my brother Viking, and vice-versa!

Nothing better than a living, moving toy! I'm on the left, by the way!

Hope you're all having fun this Thursday!

Tama-Chan Tuesday: Me, Me, ME!

Tama-Chan:
Hello everyone. I hope you all had a lovely day yesterday. I got lots and lots of cuddles from #1, including at 6am this morning when I threw another hissy fit at that Manoushka. It was nasty outside. Why doesn't that boy go home?!

Anyway, the week has been a lot better than the last one as there were no dreaded "V"isits to endure. And for some reason, #1 has been following me around with her camera a lot this week. Being the Diva that I am, of course, I don't mind one bit!

I found a nice sun puddle the other day:

And even enjoyed a peaceful nap within striking distance of my Bibi (BTW, he is getting cleverer. He ran for the hills this morning...).

Nothing like being able to sprawl!

And sometimes, one needs a little extra warmth...

Of course, when #1 is working at the laptop downstairs, I like to supervise...

And when she's in the bedroom, I have my favourite cushion there too!

Manly Monday of Many!

Tom
: We would like to start by wishing all of our friends a

VERY HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

Today being Manly Monday, we have a very rich post with a couple of special guests! But first things first, let's start with me, Manly Tommy!

This second photo was taken at the entrance of a box, that of a big stallion called TITUS. I have already learned how to be properly respectful of horses, especially big stallions!

Bibi-Chan: I am now a fully qualified MANCAT, and therefore indulge in a multitude of very manly activities. One of my favourites remains communing with the warm dryer when it is full of lovely, soft, warm clothes:

I have a great time as #1 tries to remove the items and I try to grab them!

I also take my responsibilities seriously and help #1 with the blogging!

Vidock: Well, I am a growing boy and I have been told I need to eat up and grow so I can become a magnificent stallion, so... see you later, friends!

Tom: It's me, Tommy, again. I mentioned that we have some special guests today. First off is Manpup-in-Training FERNANT (His owners are writing his name with a "t" even though it is normally written with a "d" at the end). He came home last Friday and has been settling in well.

And we also have this rather splendid contribution from our friend Tora-Chan. He has real style, that Mancat!

Snuggles on Sunday!

Tama-Chan:
In case there is any doubt about any of this, may I just say that I am the one whom #1 calls "The Diva" because I am the Queen and I have my Moods. Sei-Chan is sweetness catified and would never dream of being anything but nice (except that she has recently taken to emitting tiny growls when she thinks there are intruders about...).

Anyway, it has been a somewhat less snuggly week than last week for me. I suppose I was somewhat out of sorts at being taken to the vet on Monday, even though Dr. C is really very nice. I did spend some time snuggling with #1 in bed:

And I also like to snuggle with her clothes as she is taking her shower, to make them properly Tamafied for the day...

That Bibi of mine always looks for opportunities to snuggle with #1, even if it's under pretense of playing!

As for Sei-Chan, any guesses as to what she has been up to?

And talking of Tommy, he has been enjoying LOTS of snuggles with #1 this week. Here they both are again on their evening out, when they visited Tora-Chan:

And showing Tora-Chan how best to snuggle!

We wish you all a very snuggly Sunday!

SEITURDAY!

Sei-Chan:
This week has gone by really quickly, what will all the excitement of Mango Minster 2011, #1 running around doing horse stuff, and definite signs of spring in the air and on the ground!

#1 has taken to calling the three of us kitties "The Diva, The Brat, and The Peace-Maker." Can you guess which one I am? If not, take a look at this photo:

I am always working to make sure that things don't get out of hand between Mama-Tama and The Beebs. To be honest, they are as bad as each other in terms of provoking arguments... Anyway, I do have to congratulate them both on Bibi's equal first placement in the Readers' Choice category for "Kittehs" in MM 2011. We are all very proud of him!

As for my big sister Tama, she is a lot more tolerant of me than of her son, and was even willing to share in playing with the Neko Kick!

I do try to stay out of trouble. My favourite spot downstairs is the back of the sofa, from where I can supervise what is going on both in the garden and the living room!

Oh, and one important piece of news: Fernant is home!

I hope you all have a lovely weekend!
