Tommy Thursday

Tom: #1 said that it was about time I had a post all to myself since I am, after all, the best woofie ever (according to her). I thought we might start with this photo she took yesterday and which she says she loves:

It was only a twig, really, not a real stick, but I believe in making the best of whatever you find!

Of course, most of the time, it's a ball that I am carrying around!

Are other woofies familiar with these balls? They are ultra-tough "Chuck-it" rubber balls, and I just love mine!

Here is an outing photo from earlier this week. We went with #1 to meet a friend for morning coffee (tea, actually). The lady who owns the place is English, and when she saw me arrive, she immediately said "Oh, he's bigger than I thought. Maybe he should stay in the car." #1 assured her that I was very well behaved. She showed us into the tearoom and I immediately knocked over three chairs and almost drew the tablecloth off the table in my excitement… #1 was quite embarrassed but promised I would settle down.  I am happy to report that I did:

And just to emphasise what a good, quiet boy I am, here is a shot of me hanging out with Da Beebs in the evening:

I hope you enjoyed Tommy Thursday!

  1. Thank goodness everything turned out fine for you Tommy. Here we don't really have dogs in restaurants unless they are seeing-eye dogs or special shops that allow for pets. We want to thank you for your present that arrived yesterday. We are all very excited but we will only open it at the weekend when things calm down on our house.

  5. Et alors Tommy, tu nous joues un éléphant dans un magasin de porcelaine...
Méfies toi quand même, si tu ne te tiens pas bien tu finiras par ne plus aller prendre le thé, ni manger de pizzas ..
    Bonne soirée.

  7. I can't believe that woman thought you should stay in the car, Tommy! Well, maybe AFTER what happened...! (That sounds like something a kitty would do!) Good thing you settled down!

  12. You are the sweetest, most wonderful dog! Look at that third photo. What a captivating face and cute position. Are you trying to look small?
If our mum saw you in the tea room,
she would ask to be seated next to
you. Your company would be an
    added treat!
