This and That Wednesday

Genji: First off, we got an award! It's from our new friend Loupi in Switzerland and is the Next Big Thing Award!

Thanks, Loupi. As usual, we are supposed to pass this on to friends. We know a lot of people have had it already so our apologies is if it's old news for you... We would like to pass it on to Cat Tales, Pikku Punapippuri, Hannah and Lucy and Purrfect Haven

I am a pretty easy-going guy but I have had to take matters in paw when it comes to the ironing. I know that #1 had first that cold and then the sciatica, but the pile of ironing has grown huger and huger! Here I am examining the pile in an effort to draw her attention to it. She is very good at ignoring it even though it is in the living room!

In other news, Tommy continues to have a good time with his friend Harley every time he goes with #1 to visit the Vs:

And we have had a bit of an improvement in the weather! Here is yesterday's afternoon sky:

Maybe #1 will have to take the Christmas tree down soon!

Would you like to see another photo of me? Thought so...

  1. Ironing? pfffft!! I don't iron any more. I refuse to buy anything that needs ironing. Just think of all the time and energy that saves!

    Have a lovely day, everybuddy!

  6. Cat created creases are the best - who needs irons? And if you are in that bright a sun puddle, then the tree has to go!

  11. Well we know most people (if not ALL people :p ), don't like ironing but LP likes to iron! Only her things though! We hope you can get the others to lie on the clothes ; that might mean less ironing for #1, if you flatten it for her :)
    Harley sure is a cutie!

  12. It is always nice getting to see lots of you, Genji! We don't have ironing here - my human hates doing it, so the clothes that need to be ironed very rarely get worn!

  13. Mum prefers some fur on the clothes than ironing. She says that a cat has just the purrrfect temperature for ironing a tee-shirt. Loupi on Mum's account

  18. Ironing! What is that? I have neffur seen san iron. I fink she buys wrinkle-free clothes only. I must check on this asap. It will be a problem fur us as well Genji-chan if the clothes pile up. There would be no room for playing.

  19. MomKatt says she doesn't blame your hooman for skipping the ironing: She hates it! But she'd rather do that than dust ... so would we. We sneeze a lot less w/her ironing.

    PURRS!
