SUPER SUNDAY!

Tama-Chan:
Our #1 is BACK!!!!! Her journey yesterday was long, as there was a delay of almost two hours at the Eurotunnel terminal in Folkestone, but uneventful, and she pulled into the garage at around 6:30pm. By that time, Mr. R was safely home in Normandy, so everyone was snug where the needed to be!

As usual, she did us proud in terms of shopping for us. Just look at this stash!

May I draw you attention to the treats?

And she got us this:

It's a bubble blower! We've never had one before. She didn't get us any other toys as she says we already have so many in waiting in our special toy box...

Tommy got some new toys!

Maybe we should send that one to Khyra. Tee Hee Hee...

He also got yummy food and lots of treats! #1 also brought back a bunch of toys for our puppy friends as the choice is so much better in England, and she brought lots of birdseed and suet balls for our birdies, and a salt lick for our Percheron filly neighbour. In fact, most of her car was packed with stuff for us, which is as it should be!

Have a great Sunday, everyone! We are busy helping #1 put stuff away and snuggling with her.

  1. This is an excellent haul and almost makes the abandonment worth it. We wish we could get a car full of goodies like that. What's with France and Finland bot selling Dreamies???!!!

We have read your comment on our blog and order you to stay inside - it is far too cold for your short furs outside right now. We hope the cold weather is not causing you too many problems - hopefully your stash will mean no hunting for #1 until wednesday at least.

  3. WOW! What a collection of goodies!

#1 sure knows how to shop!! We're very glad she got home safe and sound - your weather is sure bad over there at the moment!

We were waiting for the match to begin last night in the Stade de France stadium and we could see the ice on the sides of the pitch on the TV! The TV here announced the match was cancelled 15 minutes before the people in the stadium were told! It was crazy! We were texting friends who were there and we knew before them that there would be no match!

They should have played the match hours earlier (but TV rights etc stopped that sensible decision!)

Murray's French cousin is staying with us for the weekend so we had great fun ribbing her last night over the match cancellation!

Hope you have a great day putting away all those yummy treats!

    take care

  7. We are glad #1 is safely home. It is good she drove, because that is a big stash of stuff she brought back! Let us know how you like the bubbles. Our humans have some bubbles left from Audrey's first Mom's wedding, and they had not thought of trying them with us.
