Strictly SEIturday!

Sei-Chan:
Another late post... Maybe those fours paws up yesterday were a little over-generous? #1 and Tommy high-tailed it out of here mid-morning and did not come back until late afternoon. Yes, you guessed it, horses..... A little more on that later.

I did try to sit on #1 in bed this morning...

but she insisted on getting up regardless. Sigh. What's a girl to do?

This week, I did my usual supervising of #1's work from the shelf above her desk:

And Bird TV was pretty good!

So exciting, in fact, that I needed a nap afterwards!

And getting back to #1 and Tommy, they went off to see Vidock's Papa, Orgueil, at work:

They were logging with four Percheron horses in a forest not far from here:

One day, it will be Vidock's turn!

  1. We still think #1 deserves 4 paws! Even if you get short snuggles and have to supervise too.
It must be wonderful watching the forest work with horses - not huge great nasty machines. The forest is for nature!

  2. How wonderful to see those horses doing all their work. We hope we will see Vidock helping them when it is his turn. Did Tommy help keep those horses in order?
Sei-Chan we think Tama-Chan and Bibi-Chan ought to have helped you to keep #1 in bed longer so she could have had a kitty pile on her tummy!!
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx

  4. Aaah!! Stop posting those pix of your lovely green eyes. Misery is quite in love with them. I keep telling her you are a CAT!

Anyway, please tell Tommy that yes I do flit between España and Gib. I am a Spanish dog and I found my peeps there, but then they bought a place on the Rock so now we have a tiny kennelflat here too.

    I hope that helps

    Fernand/t - is he a new addition?????

  7. You know, Sei, when humans have horses in their blood, there is not much you can do about it - sitting on them will not keep them home!

  8. We read Sparkle's comment...We think you kitties need to have custom saddles made to ride on Vidock! Or at special cart for him to pull. What fun that would be!

  12. This can often happen at performance review time. You give out a good review and the subject feels that entitles her to goof off and neglect you. I trust that she is back in residence and snuggling you appropriately.
