Tama-Chan Tuesday

Tama-Chan:
The weather remains absolutely awful and #1 is still jet-lagged, but she has a big pile of work to do over the next couple of days, so I am offering moral support:

The unpacking is still not complete and I too have been considering accompanying #1 on her next trip. But unlike my son Bibi, I am not willing to travel in the baggage hold! I am the Queen of the house after all! So I have been trying the carry-on bag for size, and it is just perfect for me!

We have been very saddened at the number of our friends who are unwell at the moment. We feel so much for them and their families and hope that they will all get better quickly. We are crossing all of our paws for our kitty friends Tinkerbell, Inigo, Ginger Jasper and Lucy, as well as the beautiful woofie, K.

  1. Only a carry on would be good enough for you Tama-Chan.
We share in your saddness for our CB friends who are ill and offer our good purrs and prayers for them all.

  2. Yes, you should be in a carry on for your travel plans but make sure the folks have tickets in first class. I too am saddned by all that have recently gone to the birdge. Purrrs and good thoughts for all.

  3. Aren't you a lovely girl! Drinking lost.of water and cuddling kitties is a well known cure for jet lag, isn't that so? In fact, the more the sufferer cuddles the kitties, the quicker she'll recover.

  4. Thank you for the crossed paws - I had some supper last night and a little brekkie this morming so hopefully mum will stop watching me like a hawk
Tama-Chan - we hope if you decide to go travelling with #1 you will go first class - we can't have you mixing with the riffraff
We are going round to see all our furriends now and we hope there are no more who are sick - we wonder if it must be the time of year.
Our word verification is "stable" -we thought it was right for Vidock

  10. We are sure that #1 really likes having you there to help her. And if #1 comes back to Iowa again, we are going to do our best to figure out a way to meet her, especially if you come too. Do you think you might be able to bring Tommy too?

  11. I am perfect carry-on size too, Tama-Chan! Of course, I would prefer my human to stay home and not travel at all. It is hard to boss her around long distance.

  13. Tama-Chan: You fit Purrfectly in the carry-on luggage. Here's a hint - just stay in that bag until the next trip and then they cannot leave you home!

Believe it or not, my big Labrador, K, once fit in a carry-on bag when she was a tiny puppy. She caterwauled all the way across the US, much to my embarrassment!

  14. Looks like you should go on the next trip - Tama-Chan!

Tell #1 thank you so much for Murray's very special present that arrived in the post this morning! We so appreciated it! Murray was thrilled - yellow and horses! No better combination!

and then, Tinkerbell came home as well - so it has been a very special day! We couldn't believe the improvement she made in 24 hours and she's asleep beside us here now. She's still very shaky, her eyesight is poor but she's so happy to be home and can toilet on her own - so we're very very happy!

Many thanks again #1 for thinking of Murray while you were away and for mentioning Tinkerbell in your post today.

    with best wishes
