Tama-Chan's Thankful Thursday

Tama-Chan: We are trying to figure out why it's grey again. Sun, where are you? Please come back! There is plenty of sunshine inside the house, however! We have been given all sorts of awards by our friends over the last few days, so it's time to say thank you!

Firstly, the one and only MANGO gave us this delightful ladybug award:

We are very fond of ladybugs! We are supposed to pass this on to 10 blogs that make us smile. Well.... ALL of our friends' blogs make us smile so we give it to ALL of you, but we would like to just put in a special mention about our friends at FOREVER FOSTER who are busy moving across Australia. Fui and Suey are waiting patiently in their luxury hotel for their parents to get settled in to their new home in Sydney. And all this while, they have continued blogging each and every day! You really do make us smile!

We have also received from our Rose Juggler friends this "Paw"some Blog Award." We have received it in the past, but are always delighted to be included in another round!

It is at this point that our scribe, #1, hangs her head in shame because she KNOWS there was another award recently, but she did not write it down on a sticky and can't find it again. So, crawling apologies to the friends who gave it to us. Remind us? Pretty Please?

In other news, we have no news as we are just waiting for THE RUN to be completed! In the interim, napping is the order of the day...

and of course fun with our Plague Ratsie!

What......? Oh, all right Tommy, we'll include a picture of you...

  2. We just dropped over to say hello to your friends at Forever Foster! Reckoned Tinkerbell would appreciate us widening our reading list!

No sun here either today and cold as well - we don't do bad summer weather very well - gets us all very down!

Can't wait to see the cat-run completed!

  5. We're spending summer in Seattle, or so it seems. Very cold and rain rain rain, almost every day. Hard to believe it's just two weeks to July 4th! Feels like we should be carving pumpkins instead.

Of course, Mica doesn't mind from his "nest" in the couch cushions. But for me, it means the dreaded raincoat. Tommy, you can't imagine the humiliation.

Hey - Mommy's starting to mumble about renting a flat in Paris for a month next year and...bringing me along! We could meet nose-to-tail!!! We'll keep you posted.

    Your pal,

Petey (Mica would write too, but he's still asleep.)

  6. Yummy Plague Ratsie. Lucky girls!

Great pics of you all! Congrats on all the awards! Forever Foster truly have a dedicated mom, good on her! The PM tends to need a blog vacation for just about any reason: hangnail, too much mail, karma out of whack....

  7. Congrats on the awards! We can understand about the need for sun - we have it here too. It is very gray here and is supposed to be stormy until Saturday! Why is the sun hiding so much this year?

  10. Congratulations on the awards. Such lovely photos too. In our area, the weather is slightly chilly. I mean, it's not like we have to wear jackets, but this is June after all! Shouldn't it be a lot warmer?

  18. Congrats on your awards and don't worry about forgetting about an award - our Mom does it all the time when she doesn't write it down on paper.
